These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the mobile application and platform known as WinnzArena ("Platform" or "App"), a skill-based rummy game operated by HALIFAXX INDUSTRIES PRIVATE LIMITED, a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013, having its registered address at:

By using this Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, do not use the Platform.

1. Eligibility

• You must be 18 years or older and capable of entering into a legally binding contract.

• Real-money gameplay is prohibited in the following Indian states: Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, Assam, Odisha, Nagaland, and Sikkim, or any state where such games are banned.

• The Company reserves the right to deny access based on location, identity, or any other lawful reason.

2. Nature of Game

WinnzArena offers skill-based online rummy, which is exempt from gambling laws under the Public Gambling Act, 1867 and recognized by courts in India. This is not a game of chance.

3. Account Registration

• You must register with accurate details including name, age, email, mobile number, and bank/UPI details.

• Duplicate, fake, or fraudulent accounts will be permanently banned.

• The Company reserves the right to demand KYC verification for identity and age validation.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Wallet

• You can deposit funds via supported methods (UPI, cards, net banking).

• Withdrawals are only allowed post-KYC and are subject to internal verification.

• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn and are valid for gameplay only.

• The Company is not liable for failed or delayed withdrawals caused by incorrect bank/UPI details or third-party gateway delays.

5. Fair Play and Conduct

• Cheating, collusion, bot use, or manipulation of the game is strictly prohibited.

• Any such activity will lead to immediate suspension, forfeiture of funds, and legal action if necessary.

• The Company uses real-time AI systems and manual reviews to monitor gameplay for fairness.

6. Refund and Cancellation

• All payments and game entries are final.

• No refund shall be processed unless caused by:

  • Technical failures from the Company's end.

  • Duplicate payments with valid proof.

• Please refer to our Refund & Cancellation Policy for detailed terms.

7. Responsible Gaming

• Users are encouraged to play responsibly.

• You may request self-exclusion or limits via our support team.

• The Company shall not be liable for personal, psychological, or financial consequences of excessive gameplay.

8. Intellectual Property

• All content, branding, algorithms, and materials on the Platform are the exclusive property of HALIFAXX INDUSTRIES PRIVATE LIMITED.

• Users may not copy, reverse-engineer, sell, or exploit any part of the App without written consent.

9. Termination

• We may suspend or terminate your account:

  • For breach of these Terms

  • For illegal activity

  • For misuse or abuse of bonuses or features

• In such cases, balances may be held or forfeited pending investigation.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• The Company is not liable for loss of data, earnings, or gameplay due to technical issues, disconnections, or service interruptions.

• Your use of the Platform is at your own risk.

11. Force Majeure

The Company shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by circumstances beyond its control, including acts of God, internet outages, legal restrictions, or regulatory changes.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Ludhiana, Punjab.

13. Amendments

We reserve the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform implies your acceptance of the revised Terms.
