1. Game Entry Cancellation

• Once a user joins a rummy table or tournament, the entry is considered final and cannot be canceled.

• The entry fee will not be refunded unless:

  • The game fails to start due to a technical error from the Company's end.

  • The table does not fill with the required number of players and is auto-canceled by the system.

• If you accidentally enter a game or table, no cancellation will be accepted once the game has started.

2. Wallet Deposits

• Deposits made into your WinnzArena wallet are non-cancellable and non-refundable by default.

• In case of duplicate deposits or transaction failure (money debited but not credited), please contact support with:

  • Transaction ID

  • Screenshot of payment

  • Time/date of transaction

Such issues, if verified, will be resolved within 7–10 business days.

3. Bonus Cancellation

• Promotional bonuses once claimed cannot be canceled or reverted.

• If bonuses are misused, exploited, or obtained fraudulently, the Company reserves the right to:

  • Suspend the account

  • Forfeit wallet balance

4. Account Self-Cancellation (Self-Exclusion)
